Vantara Medical is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial medical device sales professional to join us as an Independent Sales Representative. This is a unique opportunity to represent a groundbreaking medical technology—the Mahoraga Continuum™—on a flexible, high-reward, commission-only basis.

The Opportunity
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will have the autonomy to leverage your network and sales expertise to introduce the Mahoraga Continuum™ to key decision-makers in hospitals, surgical centers, and long-term care facilities. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and managing your own sales pipeline.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role ideal for a self-starter who is motivated by the opportunity for uncapped earning potential.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Proactively identifying and engaging potential clients within your designated territory.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clinical leaders, department heads, and hospital administrators.
Conducting compelling virtual and in-person demonstrations of our robotic patient transfer platform.
Driving the sales process forward and collaborating with our internal team to finalize contracts.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Medical Sales Experience: A demonstrated track record of success selling into the medical device, MedTech, or hospital capital equipment space.
Existing Network: Established relationships within hospital systems or long-term care facilities are highly desirable.
Exceptional Communication Skills: You are a polished and persuasive presenter, capable of clearly articulating the clinical and financial benefits of a sophisticated product.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are a highly self-motivated, results-driven professional who thrives on autonomy and is motivated by a performance-based compensation structure.
Logistics: Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel within your territory as needed.

An existing network of contacts within hospitals, surgical centers, or long-term care facilities.

Compensation
This is a 100% commission-only (1099) role with a highly competitive and uncapped commission structure, designed to reward high performers.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE), Year 1: $70,000 - $105,000+
(This is a conservative target estimate based on the successful sale annually. As commissions are uncapped, your actual earnings potential is unlimited.)
