This is a highly strategic and dynamic position requiring a deep understanding of the clinical landscape paired with strong business acumen. You will work cross-functionally with our leadership and product teams to build the market, establish key relationships, and drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful implementation.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Deliver Compelling Demonstrations: Conduct expert virtual and in-person presentations of the Mahoraga Continuum™ platform to diverse audiences, from clinical staff to hospital executives, clearly articulating its clinical and financial value proposition.

Drive Market Strategy: Serve as the voice of the customer, leveraging insights from stakeholder interactions to inform and refine our go-to-market strategies, targeting, and product positioning.

Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure all sales activities and opportunities are meticulously updated in our CRM system, providing a clear overview of pipeline development and forecasting.

Represent the Brand: Act as a primary representative for Vantara Medical at industry conferences and scientific events to promote our platform and expand its adoption.

What You'll Bring (Candidate Profile & Experience)

Required Experience: A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5+ years of successful commercial experience in the medical device, MedTech, or hospital capital equipment industry.

Proven Track Record: Documented success in new business development, managing complex and long-cycle B2B sales, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Clinical Acumen: Experience selling into clinical environments such as the Operating Room (OR), ICU, or long-term care facilities is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Exceptional and polished communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex scientific and business information to all levels of a healthcare organization.

Business Acumen: An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong commercial mindset. You are highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a remote, autonomous environment.

Logistics: You must possess a valid driver's license.
